Cup-Option for COPRA® DecalApplicator:
COPRA® DecalApplicator can optionally be equipped with a cup-option, a handling unit for the decoration of cups. This allows the application of transfers at an outer surface of cups.

Conventional heat release or direct print? The "COPRA® DecalApplicator - Digital Print" offers both!
The decoration machine works like a colour laser printer where the paper is - metaphorically speaking - simply exchanged by chinaware to be decorated. A tempered printing pad is transferring the digitally generated picture onto the ware without any intermediate consumables. The whole system can be easily changed to conventional heat release transfer application modus by moving aside the laser printer mounted on a rail system.   ...more info   or   ...contact data M  

New software program for the development of printing pads for direct print or heat release - "COPRA® FEA for Pad Printing":
Last Tecnargilla data M Engineering offers a new software program for the development of printing pads for direct print and heat release decoration to industry. This software program "COPRA® FEA for Pad Printing" in an improved version to industry. First, this software program is used to analyse the transfer results of existing printing pads. Second this COPRA® FEA can be used in order to optimize pad shapes or even to develop entire new pad shapes for new plates and decals. Thus the number of practical try outs is significantly reduced. Hexapod Robot System for the Decoration of Tableware introduced successfully:
This hexapod-robot driven device has been introduced successfully to industry and proven that heat release technology can be applied in a most flexible and very profitable way. “COPRA® DecalApplicator” is not only able to decorate plates but almost the whole range of tableware, including cups or bowls. Even a version for the decoration of roof tiles has been realised at data M Engineering recently. The COPRA® DecalApplicator can be easily retrofitted to other applications like direct printing (up to nine colour stations).
